However, I guarantee you'll want to play with it a couple times. Unless you plan on taking some screenshots, this isn't exactly a necessary feature. Many of the poses are the same ones you see on the loading screens when you're starting play.
Sims will not break the pose, giving you time to set everyone up correctly. Sims now have self-interactions where you can force them into a particular pose, which they'll hold until you cancel the order.
Vacations are little without pictures to preserve the memories.
